At Tribe 818, each item is produced in small runs with attention to quality and detail. We stand behind our products and offer a limited return and exchange policy.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The 14-day window begins on the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible:

• Items must be new, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging (if applicable)

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order (such as receiving the wrong item or a defect), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When reaching out, please include:

• Your name
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos (if applicable)

We will review your request and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or refund.

Shipping Disclaimer

Once your order has shipped:

• Tribe 818 is not responsible for carrier delays
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• We are not responsible for damage during transit

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.
